Vinification & Maturation

Carefully with a lot of care, hard work and selection through the year we pick up full matured grapes in the harvest time, macerated for 2 weeks and then fermented in oak barrels for 20-24 months. In the cellar with as little touch as possible we follow the natural idea of wine. The wine is unfiltrated and contains a minimum amount of sulfide.
