Vinification & Maturation
Carefully with a lot of care, hard work and selection through the year we pick up full matured grapes in the harvest time, macerated for 2 weeks and then fermented in oak barrels for 20 months. In the cellar with as little touch as possible we follow the natural idea of wine. The wine is unfiltrated and contains a minimum amount of sulfide.
